Key Competencies
- Generative AI & LLMs: Ability to design AI workflows using SAP AI Core and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for enterprise scenarios.
- MLOps & Governance: Implement model lifecycle management, monitoring, and compliance frameworks.
- Integration: Architect AI services across SAP applications and external systems using APIs and SDKs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: o 34+ years in AI/ML with strong understanding of AI concepts. o Hands-on experience with SAP AI Core, Joule, BTP Machine Learning, and SAP Intelligent RPA.
- Technical Expertise: o Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and AI service integration. o Knowledge of RAG, Embedding models, vector engines, SAP machine learning (ISLM), etc. o Familiarity with ML frameworks and containerization (Docker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client-facing skills, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Preferred: SAP certifications in AI/BTP, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and industry-specific AI use cases.
A day in the life of an Infoscion
- As part of the Infosys project management team, your primary role would be to take end-to-end bottom-line responsibility for a Project.
- You will lead the proposal preparation, review the project estimations, capture inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys suitably in order to seal the deal.
- You will schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status regularly in order to manage project risks and ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
- You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
- You would be a key contributor in creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
