Skill set : SAP APM,S/4 HANA ,Troubleshoot ,Support integration between APM ,Multi Bank Connectivity ,payment processing workflows , maintain payment formats, payment media, and payment methods
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide support for SAP APM(Advanced Payment Management) module in S/4 HANA environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to payment processing
- Configure and maintain payment formats, payment media, and payment methods
- Support integration between APM and bank communication.
- Implement and maintain bank communication channels and payment processing workflows
- Perform root cause analysis for payment processing issues
- Create and maintain documentation for APM processes and configurations
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical payment processing support
- Implement system enhancements related to payment management
- Support regulatory compliance for payment processing across multiple regions
- Knowledge of MBC (Multi Bank Connectivity) would be preferable or training to be provided after joining
