SAP ABAP HCM Consultant / Developer
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HCM Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in ABAP HR development to design, develop, and support custom solutions within SAP HCM modules.
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in SAP HCM.
- Work extensively with HR Infotypes, Logical Databases (PNP, PNPCE, PCH) and Payroll/Time clusters.
- Implement BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, and enhancement frameworks.
- Develop and support interfaces using IDoc, ALE, RFC, Web Services, and OData.
- Handle projects, change requests, and incident support in parallel.
- Perform unit testing, data validation, SPDD/SPAU adjustments, and postgo-live support.
- Collaborate with functional teams and provide documentation/training.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of SAP ABAP HCM/HR development experience.
- Strong knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll.
- Experience with SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, HR Forms.
- OData/Web Services development for HCM & Fiori applications.
- Basic Workflow knowledge.
- 15+ years of formal education.
Preferred Skills:
- Integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules.
- Exposure to SuccessFactors integration.
