About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer with HANA expertise who can take ownership of complex developments and drive high-performance SAP solutions.
This role requires strong technical depth, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, optimized, and business-aligned applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver SAP ABAP development on HANA
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team
- Design, develop, and enhance custom SAP components
- Take ownership of key technical and architectural decisions
- Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize performance of applications and database queries
- Mentor junior developers and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and agile practices
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
- Proven experience with BOPF (Business Object Processing Framework)
- Strong command of Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS ABAP)
- Experience in performance tuning and database optimization
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good to Have
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5
- Exposure to integration across SAP modules
- Experience in client-facing environments
