Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP ABAP BTP Developer with 9+ years of SAP technical expertise to join our team on a remote contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with the ability to design, develop, and support scalable SAP solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP applications and enhancements.
• Build and deploy applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Develop and consume OData services, REST APIs, and SAP integrations.
• Develop and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, and SAP HANA-based solutions.
• Work on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
• Develop applications using RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) and integrate with SAP Fiori/UI5 where applicable.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, testing, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Expertise in SAP HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and REST APIs.
• Experience with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
• Good understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Foundry, and BTP services is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• SAP ABAP and/or SAP BTP certifications are an added advantage.
