Job Position: SAP ABAP Consultant

Location: Vadodara Gujarat

Experience: 4 to 7+ Years

Must have: -HANA ABAP (CDS-AMDP-RAP)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver enhancements and change requests as per functional specifications.

• Analyze technical requirements and provide feasible and scalable solutions.

• Perform demo/solution feasibility checks for proposed requirements.

• Provide quick and effective bug fixes during Functional Testing and UAT phases.

• Develop and maintain ABAP objects including:

o Reports

o Interfaces

o Forms

o Module Pool/Dialog Programming

• Develop and maintain OData services.

• Work with modern HANA ABAP technologies, including CDS, AMDP and RAP.

• Work on BAdIs, User Exits/Customer Exits and BDC.

• Coordinate with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.

• Participate in implementation, rollout and support activities.

• Ensure quality, performance and timely delivery of assigned development objects.

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in HANA ABAP.

• Good knowledge of:

o CDS Views

o AMDP

o RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model)

• Strong experience in ABAP development and debugging.

• Experience in Reports, Interfaces, Forms and Module Pool.

• Good knowledge of BADI, User Exits/Customer Exits and BDC.

• Hands-on experience in OData Services.

• Strong understanding of ABAP development standards and best practices.
