Must-Have Skills
- Certified SAP ABAP or S4 HANA professional
- Strong hands-on experience in ABAP development (RICEFW objects)
- Proficiency in Interfaces, OOABAP, Enhancements
- Awareness or experience in Workflow
- Debugging expertise, with exposure to HANA, BW, and APO development
- Understanding of performance optimization and resolution techniques
- Knowledge of Document Output Management
- Experience with Finance, Order Management, Treasury, AR, AP, FSCM modules
- Team management experience, code quality reviews, and standardization techniques
- Ability to interact with stakeholders across connected systems
- Experience in diversified SAP projects: Upgrade, Implementation, Migration, Consolidation, ASAP, RDC
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ABAP solutions following SAP best practices
- Develop and maintain RICEFW objects
- Analyze and resolve performance issues
- Apply OSS notes and SAP standard solutions
- Manage workload for self and team while ensuring quality delivery
- Support Finance, Order Management, and FSCM modules as required
- Drive code quality and standardization across projects
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP S4 HANA projects
- Exposure to workflow development and design methodologies
- Familiarity with BW, APO, and other SAP module
