Looking for candidates with 30 to Serving Notice Period candidates for the below role.
Candidate need to be flexible working from office on all 5 days.
Need to be flexible in working 1 to 10 pm shift.
Candidate should have worked on SAP ABAP along with S/4.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ABAP Cloud solutions leveraging S/4 ABAP Cloud for WRICEF objects.
- Clean Core Backend Development with latest Syntax
- Integrates S/4HANA with external systems via APIs and events. (AEM)
- Builds in-app extensions using RAP and BAdIs.
- Works on forms, custom reports, enhancements, and CDS views.
- Participate in greenfield implementations, from requirement gathering through to go-live and support.
- Provide hands-on support for existing systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, fostering seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions in different time zones.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across back-end, and integration layers.
- Stay up to date with emerging SAP technologies and recommend best practices to the team.
- Deliver high-quality code and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Core ABAP: Proficient of ABAP language, including object-oriented concepts.
- ABAP Cloud & RAP: Experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), including behavior definitions and metadata extensions.
- Service and API Development: Ability to create and extend ABAP RESTful services and APIs for integration.
- SAP HANA: Skills in using Core Data Services (CDS views) and other HANA-specific features like AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).
- Data Modeling: Understanding of data structures and how to model them, especially with CDS views.
- Integration: Hands-on experience of integrating with both SAP and non-SAP systems, including RESTful / SOAP APIs/OData.
- Modern UIs: Familiarity with building OData services for modern UIs like SAP Fiori.
- Version Control: Proficiency with modern version control systems, especially Git, and SAP's CTS+.
- Clean-Core Development: Adherence to principles that maintain the stability of SAP's core system and allow for smooth upgrades.
- ADT tools: Eclipse or equivalent.
- Ensures compliance with SAP's clean core guidelines.
- Proven experience as a ABAP Cloud Developer with hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP.
- Experience in greenfield implementations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
- Proficiency in modern development frameworks, tools, syntax and methodologies.
- Must be a strong team player.
- Must have a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA application development using RAP model.
Preferred Qualifications
- S/4 HANA 2023 On-Prem development experience
- SAP certification in S/4HANA or BTP.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
- Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of Order to Cash(OTC) or MAKE processes.
