Position: SAP ABAP Consultant

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP technical development. The candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, testing, and supporting custom SAP solutions using ABAP programming across various SAP modules.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows, with good exposure to debugging and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs and custom developments
• Develop Classical Reports, ALV Reports, Interactive Reports
• Work on Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms

Develop and support interfaces using:

• RFC
• BAPI
• IDoc
• File interfaces
• Web services

Implement enhancements using:

• User Exits
• Customer Exits
• BAdIs
• Enhancement Framework

Create and maintain data dictionary objects such as:

• Tables
• Views
• Structures
• Search Helps
• Lock Objects

Develop Module Pool programs and dialog programming

Perform debugging, code review, and performance tuning

Prepare technical specifications based on functional requirements

Coordinate with functional consultants for requirement gathering and solution design

Support production issues and provide timely resolutions

Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OData, CDS Views, and S/4HANA
• Exposure to workflows
• Good communication and teamwork skills
