Role Summary
Provides endtoend AMS support for Siemens SHERPAX Assurance & Compliance System (ACS) built on SAP Business Integrity Screening (BIS). Supports ITGC, Financial Controls, Internal Controls, detection strategies, alert workflows, investigation processes, and HANA-based data modelling.
Key Responsibilities
Detection Strategy Operations
- Monitor and troubleshoot 1400+ detection strategies (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Validate detection thresholds, delta thresholds, risk aggregation
- Review execution logs and job failures (e.g., strategies like YACAS00103, TICFR02)
- Manage versions of detection strategies (activation, deactivation, calibration)
HANA Modelling & Data Provisioning
- Support table replication, SDI data flows, Snowflake data ingestion
- Debug HANA views, calculation functions, table functions
- Resolve modelling issues impacting controls and detection runs
Controls Execution Support
- Support 65 ITGC and 70 Financial Control runs
- Resolve data quality issues, missing data, false positives, and high-risk flags
- Ensure audit readiness with correct evidence and logs
Alerts, Screening & Investigation
- Manage Fiori apps for:
- Detection Methods
- Alerts & Investigation Objects
- Assorted Lists
- Investigation Reasons
- Resolve screening logic issues, workflow failures, and alert reassignments
AMS Operations
- L1: User queries, report interpretation, triage
- L2: Strategy config fixes, selection parameters, data validation
- L3: HANA modelling corrections, SDI debugging, recalibration of strategies
- Support incident, change, problem, and release management
- Participate in regression testing during RISE upgrades
Skills & Experience
- 310 years SAP BIS / ACS experience
- Strong skills in detection strategies, HANA SQL, rule logic, alerting frameworks
- Experience supporting ITGC/Financial Controls in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of data provisioning (SDI/Snowflake), Fiori screening apps
- Strong AMS background (L1L3)
