SAP ABAP with HCM/HR(OM)

We have an immediate requirement for an SAP ABAP HR/HCM consultant to support a Dayforce (Ceridian) to SAP HR interface engagement for a US client. Client is ready to speak with shortlisted candidates on Thursday or Friday this week, so please share profiles at the earliest.

Must-have skills

- Strong SAP ABAP HR development experience

- Hands-on SAP HCM Organisational Management: HRP1000 / HRP1001, object types O, S, P, K

- Working knowledge of OM relationships: A-002, A-003, A-011, A-012, including delimiting and creating relationships

- PA and OM integration, infotypes IT0001 and IT0002

- Logical databases PCH / PNP, HR function modules and BAPIs for OM updates

- Experience building inbound interfaces from an external HR system (file, IDoc or API) with custom Z-table mapping

Good to have

- Prior Dayforce or Ceridian to SAP integration experience

- Experience with org restructure and mass position or org unit changes

- Ability to advise on design choices, for example maintaining cost centre and legal entity changes via OM versus PA

Scope of work

Building and advising on inbound processing for scenarios including manager change, new hire, hiring a manager, employee to manager promotion, whole org unit moves, job title and cost centre updates, terminations, and legal entity and personnel area transfers.

Experience: 8+ years in SAP HCM with at least 4 years of ABAP HR development
