We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development, with the ability to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs and interfaces.
- Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications.
- Implement enhancements and customizations in SAP modules.
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure requirements are met.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ABAP-related issues.
- Document technical processes and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and ABAP developments.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and tools.
- Experience with data dictionary objects (tables, views, data elements).
- Proficiency in creating reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Familiarity with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
- Experience in performance tuning and debugging ABAP programs.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in ABAP.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and Fiori is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
