Must Have:

Strong OO-ABAP, classical reports, ALV, and module pool programming

RICEF development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)

Enhancements: BAdI, user exits, enhancement spots, implicit/explicit exits

ABAP on HANA: optimized Open SQL, CDS Views, AMDP basics

OData services & SAP Gateway development

Adobe Forms / Smartforms, BAPI/RFC/IDoc development, debugging & performance tuning
