SAP ABAP+S4 HANA Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP+S4 HANA Consultant with 6-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP programming and a solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA functionalities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing custom solutions, optimizing existing applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs and reports in SAP S/4 HANA environments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure seamless integration of ABAP developments with SAP modules.
• Optimize existing ABAP code for performance improvements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements related to SAP S/4 HANA.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP applications.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and user manuals for developed solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, specifically in S/4 HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and development tools (e.g., ABAP Workbench, Eclipse).
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and OData services is a plus.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and CDS views in S/4 HANA.
• Understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and CO.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
