Job Description
- Develop and enhance SAP S/4HANA applications using ABAP and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
- Design and implement behavior definitions, metadata extensions, and Core Data Services (CDS) views
- Develop and extend ABAP RESTful services and APIs for SAP and non-SAP integrations
- Build OData services for modern UIs such as SAP Fiori
- Use ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) and HANA-specific features for optimized data processing
- Model data structures and ensure consistency across SAP applications
- Integrate SAP systems with external applications via RESTful/SOAP APIs and OData services
- Adhere to Clean-Core development principles to maintain SAP system stability and upgrade compatibility
- Utilize ADT tools (Eclipse or equivalent) for development
- Manage version control using Git and SAP CTS+
Required Technical Skills
- ABAP Programming (Object-Oriented ABAP)
- ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
- Core Data Services (CDS) views and AMDP
- SAP HANA development and optimization
- OData / API development for SAP Fiori and integration
- Version control (Git, CTS+)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in integrating SAP with non-SAP systems
- Strong understanding of data modeling and enterprise-grade SAP architectures
- Knowledge of clean-core SAP development and upgrade-safe coding practices
