Key Objectives of this Role:
- Architect and oversee development of complex custom solutions across SAP modules in S/4HANA environments.
- Mentor and guide development teams; enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Engage stakeholders and functional teams to understand business needs and translate into scalable technical designs.
- Drive optimization, performance tuning, and adoption of new SAP technologies
Key Performance Indicators:
- Success rate of delivered projects (on-time, within budget, high user acceptance).
- Reduction in defects through code reviews and proactive risk mitigation.
- Team performance and skill advancement.
- Value created through solution reusability and optimization.
Key Year One Deliverables:
- Establish and document best-practice guidelines for development and testing.
- Collaborate and Lead the Vendor Development Team to deliver solutions timely.
- Perform Code Reviews
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 79 years of deep ABAP experience, including at least 5 years on S/4HANA.
- SAP ODATA service development and testing is required.
- Proven ability in solution architecture, performance tuning, debugging, and technical project management.
- Experience in RAP ABAP is a must.
- Strength in advanced ABAP (CDS Views, OData, AMDP, SAP Fiori/UI5).
- Experience collaborating with business, executive teams, and cross-functional global environments.
- Knowledge of CPI is a plus.
