Required Skills & Experienc
- eMiddleware Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware platforms
- .SAP Development: Proficiency in ABAP programming, Fiori application development, and SAP Portal administration
- .Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing large technical teams (15–20 associates)
- .Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- .Project Management: Ability to manage multiple integration and application projects simultaneously
- .Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise landscapes
- .10+ years of experience in middleware and SAP technologies
- .Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large technical teams
- .Certifications in SAP CPI, SAP PO, IBM middleware, or related platforms preferred
.Key Responsibilitie
- sTeam Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 20 associates, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
- .Integration Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of middleware and SAP integration projects using SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware
- .Application Development: Provide guidance on ABAP development, Fiori applications, and SAP Portal solutions
- .Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions
- .Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to integration standards, security policies, and audit requirements
- .Continuous Improvement: Drive automation, performance optimization, and adoption of best practices
- .Issue Resolution: Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting complex integration and application challenges
