Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR professional with strong expertise in SAP HCM/HR ABAP development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, supporting, and maintaining SAP HR solutions in a business-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP HR/HCM programs and enhancements.
• Work on HR-related reports, interfaces, conversions and forms.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop integrations using BAPI, RFC, OData and APIs.
• Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Follow coding standards, documentation and testing practices.
• Support SAP HR applications through the complete development lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR/HCM, good communication skills and the ability to work from the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai office.
