Job Description

  • Develop and support ABAP RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) with focus on HR modules.
  • Design and implement Module Pool Programming, RFCs, BDC, Enhancements, and Dynamic Programming.
  • Build and manage ABAP Dictionary objects including tables, views, data elements, and domains.
  • Create applications using ABAP OOP, Web Dynpro, and Adobe Forms.
  • Implement OSS notes, perform code optimization, and ensure high performance of solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop and manage HR InfoTypes, function modules, and tables related to PMS, Leave, PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management.
  • Debug and optimize ABAP code and handle performance tuning.
  • Prepare technical documentation as per templates and standards.
  • Participate in project discussions, code reviews, and collaborative development.
  • Role Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of ABAP development experience in SAP HR modules.
  • Expertise in RFC, BDC, Enhancements, ABAP OOP, SAP HR InfoTypes, and HR modules (PA, OM, Payroll, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Forms Development, Web Dynpro, and ABAP Dictionary objects.
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and documentation skills.
  • Desirable: SAP Advanced Claim Framework, SAP upgrades, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, UI design tools, Adhoc Query, and HR reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
