We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP HR Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in developing and maintaining ABAP programs specifically within the SAP HR module. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR systems and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain ABAP programs in the HR module of SAP.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing ABAP programs for performance and efficiency.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements in the SAP HR area.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HR modules.
- Document technical specifications and develop user manuals for end-users.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming with a focus on HR module.
- Strong understanding of SAP HR data structures and processes.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming language including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Experience with SAP HR functional modules and related business processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging ABAP programs.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and S/4HANA is a plus.
