Job Position: SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 7+ to 10+ Years

Mandatory Skills: SAP HR ABAP, SP upgrade, SAP Notes implementation, HR Module. on call availability

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in SAP HR ABAP development

• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM/HR Module

• Expertise in Support Package (SP) upgrades

• Experience in SAP Notes analysis and implementation

• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in ABAP

• Experience in production support and incident handling

• Ability to work in on-call support model

• Good understanding of SAP HR business processes

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support SAP HR ABAP objects and applications

• Perform SAP Support Package (SP) upgrades and related activities

• Analyze, implement, and validate SAP Notes

• Work closely with functional HR teams for requirement gathering and issue resolution

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes

• Ensure system stability and compliance during upgrades and implementations

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

• Provide on-call support for critical business operations

Technical Skills

• SAP ABAP HR

• HR Info types, PA, OM, Payroll concepts

• Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, BDC, ALE/IDocs

• Smart Forms / SAP Scripts / Adobe Forms

• RFC, BAPI, BADI, User Exits

• SAP Transport Management

• SAP Notes & SPDD/SPAU handling during upgrades
