Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid role located in Bangalore for a SAP ABAP HR Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining customized SAP ABAP HR solutions according to client requirements. This includes working on Human Resources functionalities, ensuring compliance with HR policies, employee relations, and labor laws. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functionalities and related processes
- Knowledge in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Relations, Labor, and Employment Law
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in SAP ABAP HR module with a track record of successful implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field
- Prior experience with IT consulting or software development preferred
