Role Description
This is a full-time role for a SAP ABAP HR Consultant-Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for developing and customizing SAP ABAP solutions related to payroll processes, managing HR-integrated workflows, and ensuring smooth system operations. Collaboration with HR departments, analysis of HR and payroll-related business requirements, and testing and debugging system functionalities will be key tasks. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) processes, HR management, and implementing HR policies
- Familiarity with employee relations practices and expertise in labor and employment law
- Demonstrated ability in SAP ABAP development and payroll module functionalities
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior SAP certification is a plus
- Previous experience in HR-related SAP projects or consulting is advantageous
