Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in RICEFW, SAP HANA development, and SAP BRIM/FSCM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising SAP solutions, supporting integrations, and enhancing business processes across SAP applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on ABAP development experience, strong knowledge of HANA, and technical exposure to SAP BRIM components, CRM, and SOM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions covering RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
• Gather business and technical requirements and deliver effective ABAP and HANA solutions.
• Develop and optimise HANA CDS views, attribute views, and procedures.
• Support SAP HANA migration, system simplification, and performance optimisation.
• Develop integration solutions using REST, SOAP, OData, RFCs, and other APIs.
• Enhance SAP CRM and SOM components using object-oriented ABAP programming.
• Work with BOL/GenIL programming to improve application functionality.
• Debug and resolve issues involving ODI, IDocs, and event-driven scenarios.
• Support order management and related integration processes.
• Contribute to SAP Fiori and Gateway development to improve user experience and application compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience in SAP ABAP design and development.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in RICEFW development.
• Minimum 2 years of SAP HANA design and development experience.
• Technical experience in SAP BRIM, with familiarity with Convergent Charging and Convergent Mediation.
• Strong expertise in:
• Smart Forms and Adobe Forms
• BAPI, BADI, User Exits, and enhancements
• ABAP Objects (OOP)
• HANA CDS views and procedures
• Experience in data migration and integration, particularly involving HANA and SAP CRM.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and Gateway development.
• Experience with HANA migration and simplification.
• Flexibility to work with distributed teams and overlap with US working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AMDP and ADBC.
• SAP HANA or advanced SAP ABAP certifications.
• Familiarity with Order Distribution Framework (ODI) and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience delivering projects in a hybrid working environment.
