SAP ABAP Developer

1. AP BRIM 2023 RICEF development and S4 HANA 2020 RICEF development
2. Perform unit testing and integration setup
3. Collaborate with end-users, business analysts, and systems analysts to determine features, requirements and solution design
4. Design, document, and enforce architectural and design standards including Information Security Policy & Standards
5. Possess a thorough understanding of the data, sources of data, and relationships of data
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues as needed
7. Provide Sprint demo to business users
8. Advise others on detailed specifications for translations into structure application programs conforming to established ServiceNow IT SDLC methodology and standards
9. Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations
10. Supervise the writing/revision of program documentation, application operational procedures and client user guide in accordance with ServiceNow standards and client needs

Qualifications

1. BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
2. At least 4 years of hands on experience developing software in developing, integrating and maintaining in SAP BRIM 2020+ and SAP S4 2020 +
3. 5+ years of experience in software application development
4. Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements
5. Collaborate with BSAs, QA, PMs and adopt a product management mindset and build - don't just take orders
6. Proficiency in SAP RICEF, FIORI, RAR, OTC and BRIM.
7. Ability to effectively manage your time across multiple projects in Agile environment
8. Has high coding standards & can maintain them even when the pressure is on
9. Advanced proficiency in analysis, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels
