Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant (ABAP)

Experience: 5+ years Only | Location: India / Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong SAP S/4HANA professional with solid ABAP development expertise to lead and deliver complex SAP implementation or migration projects in an international environment. The role requires deep ownership of one SAP module and the ability to work independently with European stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and take end-to-end ownership of one SAP module (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HR)

Design and develop solutions using ABAP / ABAP OO

Deliver SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations

Collaborate with European remote teams in agile delivery setups

Translate business requirements into high-quality SAP solutions

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including SAP S/4HANA

Strong ABAP development skills

Proven delivery of complex SAP implementation or migration projects

Deep expertise in one SAP module with clear ownership mindset

Experience working with European standards and best practices

Strong English communication skills

Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / SAFe)

Ability to work independently in international teams

Nice to Have / Big Plus

Experience working with German standards and European regulatory environments

German language skills at any level, combined with strong SAP expertise (huge plus)

SAP certifications

Experience with distributed or nearshore/offshore teams
