SAP ABAP with Web Dynpro Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in Web Dynpro ABAP to design, develop, and support SAP applications. The role involves building user-friendly SAP UI components, enhancing existing programs, and collaborating with functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP and Web Dynpro ABAP
- Develop Web Dynpro components, views, controllers, context mapping, and UI elements
- Customize and enhance standard SAP Web Dynpro applications
- Work with SAP functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Debug and resolve issues in Web Dynpro and ABAP programs
- Perform performance tuning and code optimization
- Create technical documentation and support testing activities
- Follow SAP best practices and coding standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP (Reports, ALV, BDC, BAPI, RFC, Enhancements)
- Hands-on experience with Web Dynpro ABAP
- Good understanding of MVC architecture in Web Dynpro
- Experience with Context, Interface Controllers, and UI elements
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP
- Experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, or HR (any one or more)
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with FPM (Floorplan Manager)
- Knowledge of SAP UI technologies (SAP UI5/Fiori a plus)
- Exposure to workflow integration
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment
Experience
- 26 years of experience in SAP ABAP
- At least 13 years of hands-on experience in Web Dynpro ABAP development
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
