Roles and Responsibilities:
- SAP Financial Module Management: Deploy, manage, and oversee the SAP Financial modules, such as Record to Report and Order to Cash including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, etc.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Financial solutions based on business needs and best practices collaborating with the System integrator partner.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and ensure the quality and accuracy of SAP Financial configurations.
- User Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to end-users on SAP Financial functionalities and support them in using the system effectively. Coach and mentor other team members.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to SAP Financial processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Integration and Upgrades: Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Financial modules with other systems that includes PeopleSoft ERP and manage upgrades or enhancements.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support for SAP Financial systems.
- Solution Design: Develop and recommend SAP Financial solutions that align with industry best practices and meet business requirements.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, compliance standards, and SAP best practices in the implementation and maintenance of SAP Financial systems.
Must-Have Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud: Experience with S/4HANA Cloud modules and architecture.
- ABAP Programming: Proficiency in ABAP, including object-oriented concepts and performance optimization techniques.
- SAP BTP & Microservices: Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform and microservices architecture.
- AIF (Application Interface Framework): Experience in developing and managing interfaces using AIF.
- CDS (Core Data Services): Ability to design and implement CDS views for data modeling.
- AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures): Experience in developing AMDPs to leverage HANA's database capabilities.
- Code Governance: Knowledge of SAP best practices and code governance standards.
- Integration Patterns: Understanding of various integration patterns and their implementation.
- RICEFW Rationalization: Experience in rationalizing RICEFW objects to improve efficiency.
- SDLC Knowledge: Familiarity with all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Imagine, Build, Deliver Phases: Experience in the Imagine, Build, and Deliver phases of project development.
