RNR Global Certification Pvt Ltd, a leader in certification services, is launching an ambitious new SAP Services faction, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to be a foundational member of our technical team.

You will not only be involved in core SAP ABAP development but also in various facets of the business, including direct client engagement, mentoring, and shaping our technical standards. • Lead the end-to-end implementation cycles of complex SAP ABAP development projects, from blueprinting and technical design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Design, develop, test, and implement custom SAP ABAP solutions across various technical objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms - RICEF).
• Drive modernization projects, including our upcoming ECC to S/4HANA migration and the implementation of advanced technologies like CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services for Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Develop and maintain modern user interfaces and applications using SAP UI5/Fiori and strong Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS) principles.
• Expertise in debugging, performance tuning (ST05/SAT), and code optimization to ensure high-performance applications.

• Serve as a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and participating actively in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Act as a key technical point of contact, capable of effectively handling calls with clients/customers to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide technical guidance.
• Work closely with functional teams (SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, Basis) to translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable technical specifications.
• Collaborate effectively across different business divisions within RNR to understand diverse needs and integrate SAP solutions enterprise-wide.

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, including participation in at least two full-cycle implementation projects.
• Core ABAP: Strong proficiency in OO ABAP (OOPS), ABAP Dictionary, Debugging, and Performance Tuning.
• RICEF/Enhancements: Proven experience with RICEF objects and the SAP Enhancement Framework (User-Exits, BAdIs, BAPIs, and Enhancement Points).
• Modern SAP: Mandatory hands-on experience with:
• S/4HANA development concepts (CDS Views, AMDP, Code Pushdown).
• Fiori/UI5: Development and consumption of OData Services (SEGW).
• Functional Understanding: Excellent understanding of core SAP modules, including FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and Basis, to ensure effective technical solution design.
• Integration: Experience with data integration technologies like IDOCs, RFCs, and Web Services/APIs.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Logistics: Must be an Immediate Joiner and willing to work from our Bangalore office.

• Familiarity with the SAP Restful Application Programming Model (RAP).
• Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP Workflow and ALE.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum methodology and with tools like Jira.
