Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
  • Build custom applications and extensions using theRestful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
  • Develop and consumeOData services,CDS Views, andAMDPfor high-performance solutions.
  • Perform detailed code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and SAP standards.
  • Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Provide support for issue resolution, performance tuning, and system optimization.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning during project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest innovations inSAP S/4HANAand ABAP programming.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 811 years of experience inSAP ABAP development, with at least2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience withRAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model).
  • Proficiency inABAP Objects,CDS Views,AMDP, andOData.
  • Familiarity withSAP Fiori/UI5integration is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of performance optimization and modern ABAP design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
