Job Title SAP ABAP Consultant

Duration 12 Months

Location - Remote (Hyderabad)

Job Timing IST 2 PM to 10 PM

Essential job responsibilities:

Collaborates with the functional analysts to design, build and test a variety of SAP objects including reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements, forms and workflows

Translates requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions

Responsible for SAP HANA ABAP coding, debugging, and unit testing of complex applications.

Conducts design reviews, code reviews per best practices and established SDLC guidelines

Proactively monitors and supports the production landscape to address issues in a timely fashion

Mentor and provide guidance to offshore and onsite ABAP developers

Prototyping new functionalities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum of 10+ years of total IT experience and 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience

Hands on OData experience.

Hands on SAP HANA ABAP development experience

Hands on CDS views development experience

Expertise in Object Oriented ABAP, ALE/IDOCs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, Smart forms, Adobe interactive forms, and interfacing technologies like REST, SOAP services.

Experience in RFC, File, and XML related programming techniques in SAP.

Solid experience in developing warehouse RFID transactions.

Experience in ITS, Bar code and label printing.

Experience of SAP Fiori would be an additional benefit.

Solid understanding of SAP ECC key modules like SD, MM, PP, WM, and FICO.
