Experience Required:

7+ Years of SAP ABAP Experience

Strong SAP ABAP Application Support Experience

Experience in handling L2 & L3 Support Incidents

Excellent communication & client interaction skills

Technical Skills Required:

DDIC, Classical Reports, ALV Reports, Interactive ALV & OO ALV

BADI's, User Exits & Enhancement Spots

OData Service Development

Batch Recording & Dialog Programming

Interfaces using BAPI's / IDOC's / RFC's

BSPs, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts & Adobe Forms

Workflow Development & Administration

Web Dynpro ABAP

Extensive ABAP Debugging Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Incident & Problem Management Tickets

Ensure SLA Compliance & Business Continuity

Work closely with Functional & Technical Teams

Monitor Background Jobs & Resolve Failures

Perform Deep Investigation on ABAP Programs

Maintain Documentation & Support Audit Activities

Drive Continuous Improvement & Application Stability

Coordinate with Business Users & Third-Party Vendors

Location: Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore
