Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA (RISE or GROW) environments. The ideal candidate should have completed 23 end-to-end implementations and 45 support projects, with proven ability to lead development teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance RICEFW objects Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms in SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Lead ABAP deliverables during full lifecycle implementations and ongoing support engagements.
  
• Collaborate closely with functional teams (SD, MM, FI, PP) to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior team members.
  
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom developments.
  
• Coordinate with BASIS, Fiori/UI5, CPI, and integration teams for transport and deployment activities.
  
• Oversee task allocation, ensure timely delivery, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Core ABAP: Reports, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BDC, BAPI, BADI, Enhancements, User Exits, ALV, RFCs, and OData Services.
  
• S/4HANA ABAP: CDS Views, AMDP, OData, Modern ABAP Syntax.
  
• Project Experience:
  
• 23 S/4HANA Implementations
  
• 45 Support Projects
  
• Team Leadership: Ability to allocate tasks, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
  
• SAP Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and integration points.
  
• Cross-Module Coordination: Experience working with SD, MM, FI, PP functional teams.
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to Fiori/UI5 developments and SAP BTP.
  
• Knowledge of SAP Workflows, ALE/IDoc, and integration scenarios.
  
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
  
• SAP Certification in ABAP or S/4HANA Development (optional).
