SAP ABAP Consultant - BTP and RAP Expertise [7+ Years]

We are seeking a Senior SAP Technical Manager with strong expertise in SAP ABAP and SAP BTP to lead technical support, development, and deployment initiatives within our SAP ecosystem. This role requires a dynamic professional to set up and manage a support desk, drive process improvements, oversee technical troubleshooting, and mentor a team while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Required: 8+ Years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead a support desk to manage and resolve incidents efficiently.

Act as the primary technical contact for SAP-related queries and issue resolution.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.

Drive SAP product development and deployment activities.

Oversee and execute project change requests (CRs) within scope, budget, and timelines.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of SAP solutions.

Develop and enforce best practices for SAP security, performance, and maintenance.

Provide technical mentorship and training to junior team members to enhance their skills.

Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovations to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, including object-oriented programming.

Strong expertise in SAP BTP, including cloud integration and development. Strong expertise in RAP

In-depth knowledge of SAP master data objects and governance.

Proven experience in SAP system support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Experience with SAP deployment strategies and change management.

Ability to analyze technical requirements and implement scalable solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
