Role Overview

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with strong SAP ABAP Cloud experience to support and troubleshoot critical business applications. The role involves identifying application issues, debugging, resolving incidents, monitoring performance, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth application operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in SAP ABAP Cloud environments.
• Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective solutions.
• Work with technical and functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Participate in application monitoring and performance improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Work independently as an SME and actively participate in team discussions.

Required Skills

• SAP ABAP Cloud
• Strong knowledge of ABAP development and debugging
• Experience with RAP and CDS Views
• Knowledge of SAP BTP / S/4HANA Cloud
• Application troubleshooting and production support
• Understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

• Experience in SAP application/production support.
• Exposure to application performance monitoring tools.
• Experience with incident and problem management.

Mandatory: 3+ years of relevant SAP ABAP Cloud experience and 15 years of full-time education.
