Role Description The Sanskrit Teacher (Bihar Board) will deliver high-quality classroom instruction to students in Classes 8–10, following Bihar Board curriculum guidelines and Edural Classes™ teaching standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Patna and involves planning and teaching daily Sanskrit lessons, including grammar, literature, and translation, while ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness. The teacher will prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support academic progress. Responsibilities also include conducting doubt-clearing sessions, supporting board exam preparation, maintaining classroom discipline, and collaborating with other faculty members to improve teaching methods and student outcomes. The role may require participation in parent interactions, teacher training sessions, and contributions to the development of study materials and academic content.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with proven experience teaching Sanskrit to school-level learners, preferably Bihar Board students.
• Ability in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured, exam-oriented lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear explanation of Sanskrit concepts in an accessible manner and for interacting effectively with students and guardians.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's or master's degree in Sanskrit, Education, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Bihar Board syllabus, exam patterns, and evaluation methods.
• Ability to manage classrooms, motivate students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and create an inclusive learning environment.
• Comfort with basic educational technology, including digital content, online testing tools, and multimedia teaching aids.
• Demonstrated commitment to improving education in rural and underserved communities and willingness to work from the Patna center on a full-time basis.
