Products and Platforms Lead Analysts oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of HR software and platforms including user administration, system updates, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to ensure the platforms function. They provide ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting to ensure users can maximize the platforms functionalities.
