Hiring: Sanctions Screening Analyst

Location: Bangalore – EGL

Work Mode: Work from Office, 5 days a week

Experience: 3-5Years

Shifts: Rotational – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen individuals and entities against global sanctions lists issued by OFAC, EU, UN, and other international/government agencies.
• Review individuals and business entities flagged under high-risk scenarios.
• Identify potential sanctions screening matches and review them to determine false positives.
• Conduct detailed research and investigations to confirm whether potential matches are true matches.
• Release or escalate potential matches as per defined guidelines and procedures.
• Analyze alerts to identify close/exact matches based on name, country, address, and other relevant information.
• Review false-positive matches and recommend additions to exception/internal lists.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of investigations and decisions.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5years of experience in Sanctions Screening / AML / KYC / Financial Crime Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with sanctions screening and alert investigation.
• Good understanding of OFAC, EU, UN sanctions lists.
• Candidates must be comfortable working 5 days from office and in rotational shifts.
