Description

We are looking for a Sanction Officer/Sanction Analyst with 1-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of economic sanctions, trade controls, and anti-money laundering regulations. The candidate should also possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting research and analysis to identify potential sanctions risks
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate sanctions risks
  • Monitoring and investigating transactions to ensure compliance with sanctions regulations
  • Providing guidance to business units on sanctions-related issues
  • Maintaining knowledge of changes in sanctions regulations and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance or international relations
  • 1-6 years of experience in a sanctions-related role
  • Strong understanding of economic sanctions, trade controls, and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with sanctions screening tools and databases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
