Sampling Manager - Home Division

Role Description

Manage end-to-end sampling activities for the Home Division.

Coordinate with buyers, merchandising, design, and production teams for timely sample development.

Ensure samples are developed as per buyer requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories availability for sample execution.

Handle multiple sampling developments simultaneously and maintain tracking records.

Lead and manage the sampling team to achieve daily targets.

Ensure proper communication with internal departments for smooth workflow.

Review sample quality, measurements, workmanship, and finishing before dispatch.

Maintain sample approvals, corrections, and documentation.

Support merchandising and production teams during order execution.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of home furnishing products and sampling processes.

Good coordination and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of fabrics, trims, stitching, and finishing techniques.

Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Fashion, or relevant field preferred.
