Sampling & Design Coordinator

Job Description: Behind every strong product is a process that works seamlessly. At Continuum Buying Agency, we are looking for a Sampling & Design Coordinator who is hands‑on, organized, visually sharp, and comfortable working across Design, Sampling, Merchandising, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Image editing, retouching, background removal (Adobe Photoshop)
• Preparing development images for presentations
• Creating weekly mock presentations, designer‑wise reports, courier reports (MS PowerPoint & Excel)
• Managing WFX & Basecamp updates, sample/mock records, and cash‑flow tracking
• Coordinating across Design, Sampling, Merchandising & Accounts

Skills & Qualifications:

• Adobe Photoshop expertise
• Strong MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
• MS PowerPoint (visual presentations)
• Apparel/fashion industry experience preferred
• Mindset: Ownership | Accuracy | Organisation | Proactive execution
