Role Description The Sampler role at Ace Associates is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sampler is responsible for checking and verifying samples, documents, or transactions to ensure they meet established quality standards and company guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting records, cross-checking information against defined criteria, documenting findings, and reporting discrepancies or issues to supervisors. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and occasionally interacting with clients or field staff to clarify details or obtain missing information. The Sampler is also expected to maintain accurate records, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality control processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools and data entry systems.
• Ability to follow structured procedures, meet deadlines, and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Prior experience in sampling, verification, audit support, or a related operations role is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; a college degree or vocational training in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to a fast-paced corporate environment.
