5 years 30,000/month

10 years 40,000/month

10+ years 50,000/month

Requirements:

Background in the footwear industry is essential

Prior experience working in a footwear manufacturing setup

Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities

Proven capability to manage timelines and oversee sample development

Solid understanding of footwear construction techniques and materials

Familiarity with industry quality standards and product specifications
