Salsforce QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce - Sales Cloud applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects.
• Maintain and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and Salesforce - Sales Cloud features to continuously improve testing processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce - Sales Cloud, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or Salesforce are a plus.
