Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager, located in Chennai. The Salon Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include maintaining high standards of salon cleanliness, handling client relationships, fostering team morale, and driving the salon's growth and reputation. The role also involves recruiting and training team members as needed.
