Role Description

This full-time, on-site Salon Manager role at HAIR RAP BY YOYO is based in Ahmedabad. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, including team management, ensuring customer satisfaction, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Responsibilities also include inventory management, scheduling, addressing customer concerns, and promoting a positive salon atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care
• Effective Communication and exceptional Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring, team development, and staff management
• Proven ability to manage operations and maintain high service standards
• Passion for the haircare and beauty industry and a commitment to quality
• Previous salon management experience is an asset
• Diploma or certification in Cosmetology or related field preferred
