Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Salon Manager. The Salon Manager will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high-quality salon standards. Responsibilities include supervising the team, handling client concerns, scheduling appointments, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding best practices in salon management. Additional tasks include hiring, training, and supporting staff to foster an environment of growth and creativity.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care, with a strong understanding of the latest industry techniques and standards
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and team collaboration
• Experience in Hiring and training staff, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Professional certification or vocational training in cosmetology or hairdressing is preferred
• Previous experience in managing a salon or similar customer service-oriented business is an advantage
