Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Salon Manager. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow within the salon. Responsibilities include staff management, client satisfaction, maintaining salon standards, and coordinating with the team to meet revenue targets. Additional tasks include hiring and training staff, creating work schedules, and resolving client issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cosmetology and Hair Care with in-depth knowledge of salon services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client satisfaction and promote salon offerings
• Experience in Hiring, staff training, and team supervision
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with salon management software is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in the beauty and wellness industry
