Salon Hair Director/ Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the salon team to deliver outstanding hair services and client experiences.
• Oversee staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards.
• Provide thorough consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable styles, treatments, and products
• Share all relevant information with clients regarding procedures, aftercare, and expected results to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Supervise staff to ensure strict adherence to salon Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain consistency in service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior stylist or leadership role within a salon.
• Proven expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends.
