Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Thrissur. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, showcasing the unique features of our bespoke diamond jewelry, and assisting clients with purchase decisions. You will also prepare sales reports, manage customer records, and ensure our clients enjoy a personalized and professional shopping experience in line with our commitment to excellence. Collaboration with the design and production teams may also be required to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, with polished presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain product details, including diamond and gemstone qualities.
• Experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales is a plus but not required.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities to manage multiple clients and sales processes effectively.
• Proactive, approachable, and passionate about delivering unforgettable client experiences.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software are advantageous.
